Ms. Dinh Thi Anh Tuyet (Tuyet Dinh)

Tuyet Dinh holds a master’s degree in MBA from the German Leipzig University and bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the Hanoi National Economics University. Tuyet Dinh has had over 20 years of experiences in community empowerment, particularly with a special focus on microfinance and safe agri-value chain sectors. She had joint as co-founder to build Vietnam MF Working Group/MFWG since 2004 as core-member then Vice President. Currently, she has the role of Head of Control Board in MFWG over 10 years.
Tuyet Dinh has participated in the design and implementation of many development projects. She has attended multiple trainings and exchange programs to disseminate best practices in microfinance and its adaptation to Vietnamese context. She is also one of the founders and developers of an urban microfinance model supported by Save the Children. This was later was transformed into the Binh Minh Limited Liability Company – following the successful on MF service company model of the ICICI Bank in India. With strong belief and commitment with community and social development, Tuyet Dinh and a group of experienced and dedicated professionals established VietED Group with the hope to expand access to services for low-income households and micro-businesses. The strategy of VietED Group covers three areas – Access to Finance, Access to Know-How and Access to Market, with Microfinance being a core strategy.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha (Ha Nguyen)

Ha Nguyen holds a bachelor’s degree in Economic Laws from the Hanoi National University and a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Hanoi Polytechnics University. Ha Nguyen currently serves as the CEO of VietED Foundation which is member organization of VietED Group, as well as the CEO for VietED MF Program under VietED Foundation. He has over 15 years of experiences in microfinance and community development.
During those years, he was critical in the implementation of market research, elaboration of growth model, formulation of policies and processes, etc., following international standards from CGAP, MicroSave, etc. With the developing trends of the microfinance sector in VietED Group, Ha Nguyen has been responsible for the legal and institutional arrangements for microfinance operations, particularly in light of the building licensed microfinance institutions in Vietnam.
Mr. Raj Kumar (Raj)
Co-founder, Vice President and CSRO of VietED Group, and Deputy Director of VietED Center

Raj holds a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Rural Development from Anant Agriculture University and a Master’s degree in Agri-Economic Development from Holland University. Raj currently serves as the Chief of Strategy and Funding Officer/CSFO of VietED Group, as well as the Deputy Director for VietED Center which member organization of VietED Group. Raj joined the VietED Group from 2015.
Raj’s experience has straddled over rural developmental and microfinance for last over 20 years. His last stint was with MicroSave where he was leading a consulting domain for banks and MFIs around inclusive finance. He has rich experiences in the sector with more than 20 countries in the Asia and Africa. He is responsible for risk analysis as control for Board/management including external funding. He contributes to the strategy of the overall group and works closely with the President on strategy.
Mr. Nguyen Tran Hung (Hung Nguyen)
Member of Board Advisor, Chief information Technology Officer/CTO of VietED Group

Hung Nguyen is CTO: He looks after developing technology in VietED. Using his vast experience in the big data and software industry and working with big corporations with over 20 years, Hung has been able to conceive how technology could be used in VietED Group and member organizations’ context. He is credited with developing enhanced version of VMIS and developing DFA that is used by the field staff in the field.
